I have been playing DotA 2 for over a month now, and I can't be any more happy with the changes. Although they still lack a lot of heroes, DotA 2 is doing quite well. They launched Medusa last week! Here's a quick look at what she can do. Notice any changes? :)

Left 4 Dead 2 : Let's get Infected!
This review is a little late, but what the hell. XD
Having been released a month ago, Left 4 Dead 2 still remains as one of the most played game all over the country. Aside from the new set of survivors, L4D2 also upgraded their Zombies. Now you're not limited to using Hunters, Smokers, and Boomers as a few more infected Zombies were added, the Spitter, the Charger, and my personal favorite, the Jockey.
L4D2 still has the same game play as the first one, only you can upgrade your guns now, with exploding ammo and laser pointers. Oh and, the guns are a little more kick-ass this time, but you probably won't use it as much since melee weapons were also added. From crowbars to Xeph's favorite katana, I doubt you'll even remember that you have a gun. I still love my magnum, though, so I rarely use the melee weopons. Sadly, you can't equip all of them... HAHA.
A few things for support were added, like the defibrillator, which ressurects dead team mates. And the Adrenaline shot which sort of works like pills. Oh, and btw, a boomer vial is added to, it fits in the bomb slot where our beloved pipe bombs and molotovs are placed.
Here's the thing though, you have to make lots of friends to play this game, since the AIs aren't much fun to play with, they can't even help you survive that much. L4D2 is much more challenging than it's predecessor, it's really a prick when you don't have anybody to play it with. So go socialize, you loner! Just remember though, more friends mean more people to share that last batch of medkit with. XDD

Let's take a break from all those MMORPGs and give the lime light to one of our favorite first person shooting game... *drumroll* Left 4 Dead!Left 4 Dead is not your typical horror/survival game. Yes, of course...you still have Zombies as your enemies, so how is it different? Well for one, they are not your typical zombies, they move faster...some have special abilities and they are way more aggressive than your average slow-walking-easy-to-shoot kind of Zombies, which in return gives you a different gaming experience even if you repeat the same mission twice.
At the beginning of the game, L4D introduces you to four survivors (which you can either play solo or with friends). Bill, Zoe, Francis and Louis will walk, run, and shoot their way through different Zombie-induced maps to get to the next Safe Room. The 20 chapters are divided into 4 main parts, wherein every last chapter you will battle your way out to safety, and I guarantee you, it won't be easy.
Okay, so you're done with all the maps, sick of the survivors, and you're bored shooting Zombies. What now?!
How about being one? L4D allows you to be on the other side, being the hunter instead of the hunted. And what could be more fun than being a zombie? Being able to own your friends in a Survivors versus The Infected death match of course! Yeah, you read it right...versus mode comes with the package!
Now the downside, the game's fast-paced approach may be too fast for some. L4D proves to be really challenging so you might be repeating the same chapter over and over, and nobody wants that. Plus, bad team work means bad out come, so a little bonding time with your friends won't hurt, haha.
Negative things aside, who wouldn't want to play a very challenging game with killer graphics and flesh eating Zombies chasing after you?
