iPhone: The giant of smartphones

Category : ,

No wonder iPhone has sold that much, I recently switched to using iPhone and I love it. It's so easy to use and there are so many applications that are very useful to me. Siri may not be as useful to me when it comes to asking directions because I live outside the US, but he is still a very reliable virtual assistant. When my hands are full and an idea comes up, I'd ask Siri to open the notepad dictate everything then, I'd save it for editing later.

There are still a lot of things that I have not explored with my iPhone yet, but I'm taking it slowly and trying to absorb anything. You see, I am not a techie but loving the things that I discovering with my iPhone. Okay, I'm sure you're laughing now but after using it, I don't think there is another smart phone that can match it.

Rights Rally

Category : ,
I was out doing my regular morning walk when I walked into a rights rally. It was a sizable crowd and the police held the people back behind the crowd control barriers. It was a peaceful gathering and the police had a quiet time and watched the crowd hold a short program. There was no confrontation between them and the group. After several short speeches by the leaders, the crowd quietly walked away and dispersed.

Out Shopping

Category :
I was out shopping for some baby clothes. I happened to pass by the shop's counter. There were new items being prepared for display. A zebra zm400 was busy churning out new bar codes for the items. A clerk was sitting in a corner tagging the new items. I watched in amazement at how systematic the clerk worked. She looks like a robot and I think she tagged hundreds in just a few minutes. Some customers milled around to watch her. She gave us a glance and a wide smile and went back to work.

Stargazing

Category :
As the lunar eclipse approached, my friends and I were frantically preparing for the event. Unfortunately, not one of us had a telescope we can use to view the event. Fortunately, I had the next best thing, my trusty steiner binoculars. We really had a ball. When the eclipse finished, he roasted marshmallows until the sun rose in the horizon. We packed our things up happy after a night of stargazing.
