Having a background in management, I took much time looking over the different management jobs available. These job fairs are a welcome event especially during times like this when the economy is down. It's a great venue for those seeking employment and for companies to have a wider choice. These events help both candidates and management. It makes it cheaper and easier for both to get what they want.
