Christmas is usually the time we forget about our diet. It's hard enough to stop ourselves from indulging in food, what more when we have friends around to distract us from counting the calories and keep us from watching our weight. Since we tend to eat more with people around, my mom and I researched on the fastest ways to lose bellyfat just so we can go straight to losing it after the holidays. After all, health is wealth!
