I envy people who can stuff themselves with so much food without gaining weight. Weight gain has always been my problem, so I try not to over eat. But how can I help it when my mom is such an excellent cook, and she serves us food all the time! I asked her to buy healthy stuff, and since she wants to lose weight herself she agreed. Exercise and I are not really friends, so eating healthy helps a lot, that way I won't give in to starving myself. Haha. Should I start drinking the best diet supplements I can find, though? Or is that a little too much?
