When I was applying for an NBI Clearance a few months ago, although the lines were long and it was painstakingly hot, I noticed how fast it was compared to how other government offices deal with such things. I was a little hesitant to go there at first but I'm glad I did. Seeing as they are now using computers to look up files and names, they may even be using a document management system to make their work easier. I hope all of the Government offices upgrade to using computers so they get less complaints, and the people will be happier. =)
